11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKYT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

In no event shall Markyt's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and User Content.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Markyt is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
